Bed rest after embryo transfer
I didn’t do any bed rest. I generally just pottered around, watched trashy tv with a big bar of chocolate, did a bit of light gardening (nothing bending too much, more pottering).
Go for a meal if you want to and if it’s going to be enjoyable rather than stress you out about any kind of covid anxiety. It certainly won’t do you any harm. It’ll be nice to spend some time with your partner 😊

It is best to move around do your normal activities but take it easy and no hard exercise eat healthy drink a lot of water no alcohol or caffeine or chocolate do things that makes you laugh a lot it helps. Good luck I hope you get a happy ending
I would not do a bed rest, I walked everyday, did gardening, cleaning etc. Pretty much behaved normally. I made sure not to lift anything heavy though x
Hi Naomi. You need to live life as normally as possible. A rest after transfer is OK and if/when you feel really tired. Go for some gentle walks for some exercise. Hope all works out well for you. Diane
Bed rest is definitely not the best thing to do! You should be able to carry on as normal no issues
I’m continuing to clean, cook, walk everyday, do DIY within reason not my normal energetic stuff.
The only thing that I’ve read is you shouldn’t do horse riding or cycling. Eat healthy, cut out caffeine, alcohol and there are some foods you can’t eat, which you can look up. All meat must be well done no blood running through it
I’m now 11 weeks + 7
Thank you all for your comments I had a small walk today had nandos to sit in and came home might do a bit of tidying up around the house x
