Day 5 update, embryos

The embryologist just called. So far we have 5 suitable for freezing.

-5AB.

-5AB.

-5BB.

-3BB.

-3BB.

Really happy with these so far. Much better result than before. The book it all starts with all egg has definitely helped as previously we got one day 5 4cb, day 6 4bb, day 6 3bb.

The embryologist said we still have 12 more growing. So will let us know tomorrow how many more they can freeze 😁

What would you say are the key changes you made from the ‘It Starts With The Egg’ book?

Thank you, we are so happy with the outcome, hopefully this will lead to some positive news this year 🤞 My wife took the below supplements. I'm planning on carrying her embryos😊

(She made all these changes 4 months before her egg retrieval)

-400mg ubiquinol

-vitamin d

-folic acid

-iron

-omega 3

-vitamin c

-vitamin e

-She cut out alcohol for 4 months

-She cut out caffine completely.

-Stopped drinking any fizzy drinks and just stuck to drinking water (atleast 3ltrs per day)

- She was on a Mediterranean diet, and eat fish atleast 2/3 times per week

-Cut out sugary foods, cakes, chocolates etc

-Cut out high intensity exercise but ensuring she was still keeping active, walking around 2/3 miles per day.

-Also doing caster oil packs around 2/3 times per week

For her previous egg collection, she didn't make any of the above changes and the changes have definitely helped 😊

We have just had a call and they have managed to freeze another 2 graded 5aa, 5bb. We now have 7 in total. Can't believe it. We never thought we would ever get that amount with this grades. Feeling emotional Xx
