Lack of sleep during the 2 ww

Hi

I'm in my 2 ww at the moment but the last two nights I've woken at 330am. I'm still wide awake by 7:-(.

I'm really warm too - not hot flushes but warm.

Is this the progesterone pessaries? I try to do deep breathing etc but I feel exhausted.

Thank you

I was the same and I think it was the pessaries causing it. It was frustrating!

Morning. I have also experienced this and believe it is the pessaries.I was awake about 3am last night really warm and it took me a while to get back sleep.

The 2ww is really tough and you are going to have so much on your mind.

I think I have only managed to sleep better as the time went on cos I have been sooo tired from not sleeping properly 🤷‍♀️. I'm 11dp5dt today x

I had exactly the same and also thought it was the pessaries. I've stopped the pessaries now and I was sleeping the night through and back to my usual chilly self about 3 days later. Don't stop the pessaries though! Mine failed in the end so I don't need them anymore.

Thank you for the reply. Xx

Yep me too 🙋🏾‍♀️ Same thing for about 3 days after starting pessaries. I'm on day 11 and although my sleep has improved, I've been waking up with migraines. I can't wait to stop taking them.

Oh I was same both times. I thought it was a combo of progesterone and worry. Keep drinking fluids and just rest with music when you wake. No point stressing over it as it seems to be the norm.

Are you off work? If not maybe take a couple of days and unwind a bit if possible. Wishing you all the best 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💐💐💐💐
