FET preperation

Hello,

This group has been very helpful in the past so I thought I’d ask on here.

We have our last frozen embryo left, this is potentially my partners last chance at getting pregnant.

Please can you give any help with what you did to prepare for FET? Any nutrition advice or supplements? She is taking the NHS vitamins and a higher dose of vitamin D already due to always having low levels of it!

She is booked in for her first session of acupuncture this week also!

I know these things may or may not work but we are open to try anything to get her in a good place both physically and mentally! The FET itself is taking place on the 17th of May all going well!
