After a long wait and a few delays along the road, finally its the night 🌙 before my frozen embryo transfer tmro & my hubby's birthday!
Really hoping everything thaws well tomorrow, and hopefully I get some good news at the end of the 2ww.
Would massively appreciate if anyone could share any useful tips for tmro.
Would you guys advise me having acupuncture done?... one place said they have an appointment on Wednesday which is 1 day after my transfer.. is it important to only have acupuncture on the day of transfer or is it safe and okay for implantation process during the 2ww to have acupuncture done? Please let me know whether I can or not.
I had a scan last week where my lining was 10mm and then started lubion n cyclogest a few days later, could my lining slightly increase whilst on lubion n cyclogest or does it usually remain on what it's on?
Baby dust to everyone.. and hoping those who are waiting to start there process 🙏 u get a phone call soon to start your journeys. Xxx

Good luck! I have my lining scan tomorrow and hopefully FET next week! Clinic don’t tell me much about what I should and shouldn’t do so I’m completely clueless! Not sure whether I should just book the day off work or if I need more etc
Omg how exciting!!! Fingers 🤞 your scan tomorrow goes well and it's nice & thick!! I would definitely reccomend taking the day off work, I've taken 2 weeks off. So I can relax as my work involves alot of running around... good luck and do leme know how your scan goes tmro. Routing for u xxx
I had acupuncture the day before and two days after transfer - my acupuncturist doesn’t like to do it same day or day after as he doesn’t like to interfere with the process.
Continue eating healthy and keep yourself distracted with your fave book, puzzles, Netflix series etc and generally just relax as much as possible.
Some ladies choose to eat pineapple core from day off transfer for five days after - personally I’ve not this time as I’m on blood thinners and read it isn’t good to mix the two. I also ate Brazil nuts daily until day 5 post transfer and drank pom juice.
Keep your feet warm (warm feet, warm uterus!).
I’ve taken four weeks off this time as needed a mental break! It’s been lovely... probably won’t want to go back to work though!
Hey lovely thank you so much for your great tips and advice. I'm taking it easy and relaxing then after a few days will resume back to going on walks with hubby... manifesting everything I want and hoping this works. How are you getting on? Xxx
My OTD is Friday... so far feeling okay. I sometimes think what I feel is a good sign but I also know it can be the meds and there really is no way of knowing for sure until I take a test. I’m terrified it will be negative... not sure how I’ll take that news! Hopefully I won’t have to and it will be positive 🤞🏻🍀 xx
Fingers crossed!!! It will be a positive project that good energy out there and manifest it... I know we have to also prepare ourselves for the worst, like yesterday I prepared myself incase my embryo didn't make the thawing process. But it did perfectly luckily lol.. Keep yourself and your mind busy and occupied with something thats a great distraction and here's to hoping it's it's bfp!!!! Xxxx
That’s great news! What time is your FET? Good luck 🍀
And you’re right, I keep telling myself to keep positive! I shouldn’t do this, but I do whisper to the embabies and tell them to stick around! Eek 🍀🤞🏻 Xx
My FET was yesterday at 3pm... went smoothly and had loads of laughs with all the embrologists and doctors didn't feel much, but when I came home I was exhausted!!! TMI but I've had diarrhea since yesterday after taking the DECLOFENAC suppository before and after transfer.. did this happen to you? Sorry I'm asking u such a personal question, just working out whether its normal. That's good keep talking to embabies... and tell them your a fighter!!! 🙌🙌🙌 you've got this!!! Xxx
Ow that doesn’t sound too pleasant - are you feeling okay with it? I’ve not personally experienced it in relation to the pessaries, but I have read of other women experiencing an ikky tummy during their TWW. I think so long as you aren’t sick or feeling really unwell because of it, then it should be nothing to worry about 🤞🏻
These meds can give us some strange symptoms and reactions! Just rest up and drink plenty of water.
Thank you for the reassurance, I'm going to binge on netflix now hahaha... hope your doing well lovely and I have everything crossed for Friday!!! You've got this, stick ebabies stick 🤞🤞🤞
Have a wonderful evening, and will message you Friday to see how your getting on ♡
Thank you for the tip, I'm going to down some water now and stay as hydrated as possible, that is 1 thing I've noticed I've been alot more thirsty than usual as well! Oh these hormones lol x
Congrats! It’s definitely an exciting experience! I had my first FET on March 7th but it didn’t take so I have my second one tomorrow. I decided I would try acupuncture this round so I had two sessions already, I’ll be doing two sessions on the day of my transfer(before and after) and then a few times during the TWW, my acupuncturist does acupuncture specifically for fertility and is very experienced with the IVF process. I’m also going to do fertility yoga as well and go for walks/spend lots of time outside this time to make sure I’m getting enough vitamin D. I think I relaxed too much last time so I want to make sure I move around more to keep the blood flowing. Good luck, I hope you get a BFP!! 🤞❤️
I'm really sorry the 1st one didn't take... but amazing news that your 2nd transfer is tomorrow!! 🤞🤞 this is the one, u sound like your spirits are high which is wonderful... you've got this!! Yeah I'll definitely keep myself active but giving myself a few days to relax as I don't want to disturb the first 2 days... Good luck on your transfer and baby dust!! Xxx
Hey Jasmeet!! Looking at your name I’m assuming we’re the same age, we too were trying to conceive for 5 years and now Allhumdulillah I am 5 weeks pregnant (from first time ICSI). Things I did after my transfer, I totally restd for 3 days after transfer, chilled and just watched whatever I wished and ate as a I pleased (generally healthy). I also had 2-3 hazelnuts everyday, 100% pomegranate juice first thing in the morning (half a cup) and a little bit of pineapple core (I did all of these three things for the first week after transfer) . Ofcourse it is all up to God, but there is no harm in trying these things. And above all DO NOT stress, stress is one of the the biggest factors implantation fails. And ofcourse do not do anything strenuous. I was adamant and had soo much faith this will work, soo think only positive! Keeping your in myPrayers and thoughts 💞
Alhumduilliah that's amazing news!!!! 👏 Inshallah this is my time, and this is my first fet love all your tips... hoping for some amazing news and staying positive especially with ramadan around the corner.. 🙏 yes I've been keeping my feet in fluffy socks since I left the clinic yday and won't take them off for atleast a few days. Lol ofcourse Allah is the best of planners.. inshallah hope the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly and such such amazing news once again. 💗 I'll be following your journey xx
