Ugh, I’m so appreciative that that doctor has shone a light on this but it’s so, so disturbing.

We recently changed out our kettle to one that is all stainless steel. Even though we got rid of our non-stick cookware a while ago, I had this awful realisation last month that we were boiling water in plastic and then drinking it, multiple times a day! 🤢

We got rid of almost everything plastic in the kitchen, also changed the baking, roasting trays with glass and ceramics. I can’t believe the subject is not talked more broadly, media doesn’t pick on it at all, plastic and everything comes from it should be stopped.

It’s horrendous this culture of plastic we developed and live in it. All the damage is doing to us, environment, wild life, and everyone turns a blind eye to it.
