Before the frozen embryo transfer I have to take estrogens and 5 days before progesteron. How is it working with the body? Has this medication some side effects?

Hey it helps thicken your endometrium lining, the side effect headaches, nausea, bloating, acne, breast tenderness and sometimes some bleeding xx

The estrogen helps thicken your lining. Once it's at the optimal thickness and quality then progesterone is introduced to prepare your lining to accept an embryo - mimics ovulation. So it's really just a replication of what would happen in your natural cycle. Hope that helps.xx
