Bloating

Hi all,

Hope everyone is keeping well... I have changed meds and clinics i am currently on 300iu of meriofert and. 25mg of fyremadel.. I am on day 6 of stimming and i actually look a few months pregnant from my belly being soo swollen has anyone else experienced this? I am back at the clinic Wednesday for a scan... Just worried that severe bloating can be a sign of OHSS.

Hi Lornajade. It could be, so make sure you are drinking plenty of water and keep an eye on your urine output. If is gets dark or deminishes then see a doctor. Make sure you can rest when you can. Good luck! Diane

Hi Lorna jade. I'm also stimming. Day 7 of Buserelin and menopur and Im feeling really crappy. Im bloated and nauseous. I phoned the nurse and she seemed to think it was common side effect. I go in for a baseline scan and blood test tomorrow to check and see how I am doing. Hopefully everything is ok and I'm on track for egg collection. I'm also concerned about OHSS, I have had it before. I didn't get it until about a week after egg collection. Hope your doing okay and things go well and your bloating calms down. Xxx
