Day 2 Transfer Success?

I had my first EC on Wednesday and only managed to collect two eggs. One egg fertilised and was asked to come in today (Friday) to do a day 2 transfer. Has anyone got a positive on a day two transfer? The Embryo had developed 5 cells and was grade 2. Thanks 😊🙏🏽
