My clinic said I might as well finish my pack of vitamin D and folic Acid; and then replace the folic acid with Pregnacare pregnancy tablets... but I’m too much of a worrier so as soon as I got my BFP I swapped the vitamins to pregnacare + kept taking the vitamin D. Xx

Congrats on your bfp!!! ♡♡♡ Can I ask how much Vitamin D are you taking in IU? I've been taking 2000 iu of vit D since Jan n my fet will be in April.. do u think that amount is too much to continue taking when I get bfp xxxx

I've been taking 12.5 ug of viteman d and folic acid 400 ug and continuing to take currently. Looking to change to multi pregancy tablets soon. I'll check with my clinic first.

My midwife told me to just stay on vit D through all my pregnancy and stop taking folic acid at 12 weeks that’s what I’ve done and now I’m 24 weeks xx

Your welcome thank you and same to you 🥰

Depending on where you live you might qualify to get the healthy start multivitamins for woman. I got given them at my first midwifery appointment so switched to taking them. They contain vit D, C and folic acid x

Congratulations,

Your Clinic should direct you on a vitamin protocol. However, Usually a maternity vitamin high in iron isn’t pushed until around 8 weeks since you should still be on hormonal treatment, blood thinners etc. The clinic should encourage Vitamins C,E and D and also Folic. In addition, usually 1000 mg of Calcium is great at this stage.

Good luck

So I had prostap injection on 29.01.21, Day 21 of my cycle. Then started progynova tablets 9th of Feb, taking 3 daily. Then I started cyclogest pessaries 2 times a day.
