? Chemical pregnancy

We were so excited to have a positive pregnancy test 1 week ago.. however I have had the odd spotting. On Monday I sneezed and immediately felt wet below. I was so upset to find quite a lot of bright red blood. The bleeding stopped after an hour but I now have no pregnancy symptoms. My boobs are not even sore anymore. I have had my beta result back today which was 536, I am having my second beta tomorrow but will not get the results until Monday. The test line is getting lighter and I do not feel pregnancy anymore. I feel that I have miscarried. I just feel so devastated, I thought I was so lucky to catch first time, life is just so cruel.
