How many FETs did it take for any of you to get pregnant? I have 2 failed FETs now and am wondering how to move forward

Both embryos were high quality embryos so I am not sure what the issue is at this point... really hoping to hear some good success stories

Hi lovely - I also had 2 failed FETs with good embryos, lining etc, no idea why other than 🤷‍♀️ I did a double transfer on my 3rd FET (slightly lower grade embryos) and one stuck. It’s really disheartening but can definitely happen xx

Hi I'm in my 2ww. I've had 5 transfers 6 embryos all from the same collection and good quality. I think it all comes down to things we can't control, though I've been blessed with 6 top grade embryos 4 of them haven't worked for no reason at all. We've had our last 2 transferred and we have paid for the recommend extras given by the clinic such as era, Emma/Alice, genetic testing for us all results have returned normal. Basically sometimes there's no reason it's just down to luck xx wishing you the best of luck xx

Wow best of luck with this transfer! Any tips for getting yourself mentally strong as I find it tough to deal with failure x

I'm one of those people who deal with things in a black and white way and I see things as it will either work or it won't and there's plenty of other ways to be a mother not just through having my own birth child. Although that's what id prefer xx

Yes it's really hard when things fail. I had my embryos genetically tested this time and even a normal embryo didn't result in a pregnancy. But hopefully our time will come soon. It sucks but I guess we just have to ride out the sadness and disappointment x

First cycle was a freeze all, 2 embryos, 2 FETs, 2 BFN. Second cycle also 2 embryos, BFP ! So it was our third transfer that worked x

Took us 2 FETs until we got out positive. I was quite doubtful but it really worked 2nd time round. Both were pretty good grades too but untested

We had 4 egg collections and 4 transfers. 1st double FET BFN, 2nd fresh transfer BFP but ended in MMC at 8.5 weeks, 3rd transfer was 1 fresh & 1 frozen BFN. 4th FET we did a single transfer and got a BFP, now 26 weeks. Such a tough journey and no explanation for the BFNs but we just kept going! Good luck xx
