IVF supplements help implantation / How many embryos

Hi everyone !

I just had my second failed ivf cycle. First one was in december fresh 3 day transfer and second one in february 5 day blastocyst. I going on to 3rd one. I would like to know if anyone has any advice or tips ( i know its really up to the embryo) but I am open to any supplement advice. I have done acupuncture for the second time.

Also I have only 2 embryos left one a little better than the other. Should I push to have them both transferred together ?

Any advice or experience is welcomed

Hi Yellwbellow. I wouldn't worry too much about extra supplements, unless you have been advised to take them. Speak about using low dose soluble aspirin or heparin injections, if your clinic thinks they may help with the prevention of clot formation. Eating pineapple core can work on improving blood flow to the womb and hopefully prevent any clot formation. Also acupuncture can help with blood flow too. Good luck for next time. Diane

Hello Diane, thank you so much for the advice , i did not now about the aspirin/ heparin I will defo ask. Pineapple I have read pro and cons I did it last cycle. Thank you so much for the advice !
