Positive anti nuclear antibody...please help!

Hi lovely ladies, (quick background: suffering from stage 4 endometriosis , removed tubes, had my first IVF treatment with only one egg collected, got pregnant and MMC at week 9 due to SCH). In my review and asking 100! times from my doctor that maybe l should take blood thiner and prednisone for my next treatment, she wrote me to do some blood tests. The results show a positive anti nuclear antibody of 1 in 160, negative anticardiolipin, negative lupus anticoagulant and negative Beta 2 glycoprotein and negative thyroid antibodies.

My doctor advice is "you can take low dose Aspirin". I am so confused as l am not sure Aspirin would help with anti nuclear antibody. Did anyone have a similar experience? Any advice. Please help!!
