I am a single, 44year old woman who lost a baby boy to still birth at 6 months pregnancy about 6 years ago. He stopped growing at my 5 month pregnancy ultrasound and the amniotic fluid stated decreasing. I want a child but having a hard time finding someone to have a baby with. I am taking 10mg Lexapro for depression and anxiety and wondering if that could be causing my loss of sex drive and not getting pregnant?

So sorry to hear of you losing your baby boy at such a late stage of your pregnancy. I can't imagine your pain. Correct me if I'm wrong but from reading the above I assume you are not with someone? Have you considered donor sperm? If you contact a couple of fertility clinics they will be able to advise you on your next steps. I personally wouldn't wait to find someone if a baby is what u really want and go down the donor route. There are a few ladies on here that have been successful with this. Good luck 🤞 xxx
Hello Lovemylion,
Yes I actually did 2 rounds of IUI (Intrauterine Incretion) but it didn't take. I have one more round that I can do, but I'm so scared that it wont work.
You could do embryo adoption, if it's something you're interested in. We did donor eggs in Czech Republic but a lot of people go for a 'ready made' embryo made using donor sperm and egg.
