Partners at baby scans?

Hi, I’ve got my 12 wk scan next week and have heard that NHS guidelines have changed today to allow partners to attend too 🎉 Does anybody know if this is going to be implemented everywhere straight away?

Probably best to just phone your local hospital to see what their rule is. Hopefully your partner can attend. You might get more answers/replies on the nct website. Good luck xxx

I think it depends on your local area, my husband was allowed at mine 4 weeks ago and I was told partners are allowed at all scans but not at appointments x x

My midwife told me yesterday my hubby can’t come to 12 wk one but can attend 20 wk one x

I had mine 3w ago he could come in no problems, he not attending midwife app there’s no need for him there anyway.
