AMH and FSH
That AMH seems decent. Can't comment on the FSH. If there's no identified issues and you have unexplained fertility, than I think there's always a chance for a happy surprise naturally, especially at your age. Wait and see what the Drs say re whether IVF is needed to support this. Try to relax and not put too much pressure on yourself 💖🤞x
My understanding is that the numbers are simply a guide as to the amount of ovarian reserve left - what matters more is whether you are ovulating regularly, and these tests don't tell you that. As your reserve gets low you tend to have more anovulatory cycles so low reserve correlates with lower pregnancy chances to a certain extent, and of course the older you/your eggs are the more chance of abnormal embryos. My AMH is 7.9 and FSH 11 but I still ovulate every month as far as my OPK and BBT say, and my cycles are regular as clockwork. If you're having trouble conceiving it's worth getting everything checked out if you haven't already as something else could be going on xx
Hi, I would have thought these numbers are pretty good. I think you will find that lots of ladies on here have AMHs that are much lower and much higher FSH. AFC (antra follicle count) is another good indicator, this is basically how many follicles they can see on a scan in the first days of your cycle. Good luck!
