4 hrs late with the progynova dose

Hello everyone! Need some advise. I totally missed taking my dose of progynova and took it 5 hours late. Need some reassurance or advise if it would affect the results? Please suggest if I can do something to make it right.

Hi Baggit don’t panic I did the same ☺️ I rang my clinic in a panic and basically they said to take the forgotten dose when I remembered and then just carry on as normal. In theory you can take all the Progynova at the same time but my clinic said you can have more side effects with the hormones doing it this way and they prefer to space it evenly out throughout the day. As long as you aren’t over 24 hours late you are absolutely fine - hope that helps put your mind at ease xx

I missed one and just took my next one at the right time, I do 6am 2pm and 10pm xx

I think nursing team has urgent number for these cases. Just ask them for next time

I completely forgot once and rang the nurses in panic and they told me it was fine. Since then i have an alarm set up on my phone to make sure i don’t forget

Yea I also set an alarm yesterday. It sure works.
