Menapur this cycle

Hey ladies

Just want to ask who has had menapur for their fresh cycles??

Both my previous fresh cycles I’ve had Gonal F and Frymedel

But clinic has put me on Gonal F and Menapur this time

Can anyone share any experiences with this one as I’ve never had Menapur?

Hey me again!. I am always on Menopur top dose (450). it unremarkable to be honest. I get a few mild headaches with it, a little bit of nausea and as follicles start to grow I get a bit of twinging but I have never really had any proper side effects from it apart from randomly completely going off noodles halfway through one cycle and can no longer eat them without being sick hahaha. But I've always had a decent number of eggs collected (for my age and AMH) Good luck x

I’m in the same age range as you hun so I’m hoping this menapur works for me my ovarian reserve is quite good but hopefully this helps a lot more

Fab news. we sound really similar as my reserve is pretty good for my age. I have generally got between 9 and 13 eggs apart from one dud round when I did long protocol and they couldn't get to my left ovary. x

Wow same as me last fresh we got 13 by the end of 5 days we had 4 2 went in and 2 were frozen

And time before that we got 15 eggs

Hopefully this menapur does wonders for me lol xx

Hi. I had menapur for my first and only cycle. Am currently 11 +3 pregnant.

I had only a few side effects but I think they were mainly from the progesterone. I was on 375 (5 vials) a day and mainly found it a pain drawing it up every morning. But something worked for us!

I used Menopur in my treatment - didn’t really have many side effects and got a lot of eggs 😄😄 hopefully it’s the same for you 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Oh that’s brilliant! We got 32 on our first round with Menopur. 9 counted on our scan 5 days before egg collection and 32 on our scan 3 days before!
