Hi am in my 2 week wait and getting anxious about my cyclogest pellets. Since I started them I’ve had loose bowels on and off but I’ve also noticed I’m not passing as much stool as I previously did, is this normal or something I should be worried about?
Thanks for any advice you can give to reassure me xx

I have this this round yes! Didnt had it last time when i was on one pessary. Im on 2 now. Get painful cramps when its time to go. I figured its better than being constipated which i had to deal with when on utregestan. 🤞☘️ for you
The data information leaflet will list the side effects, I think this is a common side effect. Every time I start IVF meds, my bowels are affected. I can go from loose to constipated in a few days. I’ve suffered with IBS in my early 30s which I was told might come back due to meds & pregnancy hormones. I now think my IBS in my 30s was hormonally related as I started to enter peri-menopause. I know it’s unpleasant but hopefully it’ll be worth it. Make sure to drink lots of water & perhaps go easy on fibre when you are loose. But if you get constipated up the fibre again. Good luck Xx
It’s common, I’m taking them at the moment (today’s my last day, 12 weeks tomorrow 🙋🏼♀️) and I’ve experienced the same thing. Just make sure your eating a balanced diet and you’ll be fine xx
Thanks for all your replies, I’m reassured it’s nothing to worry about and thanks for all your good luck wishes. Fingers remain tightly crossed for a BFP on 14th 🤞🏻 Xx
