My meds were supposed to be delivered today and wernt due to a computer problem which is fine , not due to take them until the 14th . I rang fertility 4u pharmacy and said my concern is some are to be put in the fridge ! She didn’t think it would be a problem it’s when the medicine is opened it should be put in the fridge , I’m unsure about this ! I think she’s wrong . So it’s with DPD to be delivered normally with a cold pack . What are you thoughts / knowledge on this I don’t want my buseralin not to work . Il ring my clinic tomorrow too

Hi Leah, oh no sorry to hear that. I was on Menopur this time and picked up from my clinic. We travel a couple of hours to get to our clinic so I asked how long it was okay not to be in the fridge for and she said it needs to go in the fridge within 48 hours. Hope that helps to put your mind at rest. Wishing you lots of positive vibes and luck for your next cycle. xxx
I never had any medicine that had to go in the fridge and even after opening my burserelin could stay at room temperature. I also noticed that when medicine was delivered in the past- it has been cold even in the middle of summer so I think they are stored and transported in such a way they are kept in the right condition. The instructions always says that if it needs to be in the fridge they will arrive if special boxes also with the aim of keeping them cool. So I really don't think you have anything to worry about. Xxx
Think Buserlin needs to be kept at something like 28degrees Celsius or less. So only on a super hot summer's day would it be a problem. Hope your mind has been put at ease by other people's posts. X
