Hello Ladies,

Wanted some advice. My medication is being delivered on Monday, she said on the phone 1 will need to go in the fridge.

How did you store all your other medicines, will a cupboard be okay in their own boxes?

We aren't starting injecting until january worried i'll forget all this x

Hi Lauren, just keep them in a box in a room away from heat and the cold. The meds should be stored in a place thats 25 degrees and below. The med for the fridge - place that on the side and not at the back of the fridge (don't let it ice up). Hope that helps x

Hi Lauren, so I literally left the meds’ that don’t need to be refrigerated in the box they came in and the rest went in the fridge on a shelf of their own, not near the back more in the middle. The box I’ve just had in my bedroom as that’s where I inject every night! Hope that helps! Good luck! Xx

They have everything to teach you would and practice on - don’t want to waste yours. As others have said don’t keep the refrigerated meds to near the back, the others meds I just kept in my room my by bedside table so they weren’t in direct sunlight xx

I kept mine in the polystyrene box in the fridge so it never touched the back
