What to use to shed lining womb

Hi everyone I hope you all keeping well. am starting my treatment soon and I went for scan I was told that lining wants to shed but has not fully shed. It’s still thickening pls advise on what to do to help shed my lining. I have had two losses previously so any advice on what to do to maximise chances. Thanks all

Hi Tywobag. Your clinic may just want you to wait and see if it sorts itself out. However, if they feel you need something they will prescribes some medication to help you before starting a cycle of treatment. Good luck! Diane

Thank you so much for your reply. They scanned me and they said I should walk that it’s coming out but it is not fully out. They advised I should do take a long walk
