No periods after stopping the pill

This is my last resort really. I'm 29 years old and I stopped the pill last year after taking it for 10 years. I haven't had a real period since. I've had all the tests done, hormones checks, ultrasound, smear test etc. Everything is normal and healthy. The doctor put me on Norestherirone with little result and I have even tried acupuncture which did trigger a bit of spotting but not a period. Does anyone have any tips , anything I can try, hopefully naturally to get my period started again? I'm doing my best not to worry because no one seems to panic much but obviously it's tricky not to think about it. Any help would be appreciated ( please be kind in the comments)

Hi..I have been told I'm menopausal and not had a period since over a year. Ttc number 2 at the ages of 43 years old. Can cupping help me to concieve? What are your experiences x

Yes cupping can help you conceive. Obviously it's not guaranteed but there's no harm in trying it. Cupping gets rid of bad blood from your body so the blood flow is better in your reproductive system which may help bring your period. After I stopped the bill, I didn't come on for 6 monthsm I started cupping every month for 6 months and my periods started coming and getting a bit more regular so it definitely helped me. It didn't help me conceive but that's coz the issues are with my husband. Hope that helps!x
