Hi! Nice to know someone we could share experiences. So far so good, going smoothly. Taking Gonal f as well. (300 dose: I meant the number on the seringe) on the fourth day now , sorry new to all this, not even sure what to call the number anyways🤦🏼‍♀️. Will be seeing my Obs tomorrow for an update . How about you? Are you giving same dose? Fingers crossed for us all🤞😘

Same! 300 units of gonal f too! 😊 only side effects ive had is tiredness and some nausea. Start my Fyremadel injection on wednesday. Due my first tracking scan on 9/10 so hopefully it shows some growth. Lovely to speak to people going through the same thing 🤞🤞 hope ur appointment goes well

Ohhh that's cool. I don't think I felt any side effects or I didn't pay any attention. with the appointment today the scan shows 15 follicles growing , so she says no need of adding the dose. I was given same dose of Gonal f + cetrotide to continue with for the next 5 days, then my next appointment would be on Saturday (10th). So lovely speaking with you. Let's keep in touch! 🤞

On day two. Round 3. But we had a successful 1st round which was 2.5 yrs ago. Our 2nd round failed in August. Hoping this one goes better 🤞🤞. Good luck everyone 🍀xx

FutureMommy how are you getting on with your meds? I have my first tracking scan tomorrow and feeling nervous 🙈 hoping my follicles have grown as ive been feeling some side effects. Just wondering how many days of Gonal F have you been given? Mine is due to run out on sunday so would have had 9days worth. Xx

Hey Lissy. How far with your appointment? For me mine is this morning. So far I have taken 8 Gonal f and 4 cetrotide injections as of my prescription from last appointment which I took the last yesterday. I have had quite a side effect actually, but with the cetrotide: like itching that is followed by some swelling at the first injection, the second one super hurt due to repeat in the same spot, but all lasted only for few minutes. Then also for about 4 days now I feel bloated and hurts mostly when I pressed the spot on both side of my ovaries, plus so much slippery discharge. I would like to ask if you take any multi-vitamins? For me I'm taking only folic acid. Super positive hopes for us all🤞🤞

Hey sorry only just seen this! Side effects haven't been too bad, just fatigue and headaches mostly. Took my trigger shot today, scan showed 8 follicles so booked in for egg collection 14/10 😊.

I take vit b complex, seven seas trying for a baby, and 200mg coenzyme q10.

Any updates for yourself? Xx

It's okay 😇. Hopefully all side effects goes away soon. Ohh wow, I have been re-scheduled, we are going in same day. I took shots today too and none for tomorrow, then wed for the eggs collection. I think I should get more vitamins too before the transfer. Fingers crossed for the highest quality 🥚🤞😚. By the way my Doc mentioned about freezing so I could recover first before the transfer, what do you think? Does the idea sounds good?

I wouldnt worry too much about the coenzyme q10 as its meant to help improve egg quality. But the seven seas trying for a baby vitamins have a lot of stuff in so maybe get them!

Have you had any issues with ohss? I would just go for a fresh transfer if i were you but wonder what your dr ia basing his thoughts on🤔

Okay thanks. I would definitely get them. Yes actually I have developed OHSS, I believe it is the reason why she thinks I should get a recovery period before proceeding with the transfer. But we shall see tomorrow how it goes. Thank you and good luck to you too🤗.
