So we had our 4th FET on 17th and today was our official test day. I resisted testing until today as I was petrified it would be yet another negative & the PUPO bubble felt quite safe. I couldn’t believe it when 2 strong lines appeared. I know we have a long way to go but after 3.5 years and a tough journey to this point I plan to enjoy this moment for now!
EDIT: Just wanted to add that I’ve really struggled with my lining and had 3 medicated FETs cancelled because I couldn’t get my lining thick enough. This was a natural transfer and on my last scan my lining was 7.4mm. I just wanted to add this to give others who are in the same boat some hope!

I’ve had 2 BFNs and 2 BFPs and I honestly find it impossible to know if my “symptoms” are my period coming, the progesterone or because I’m pregnant. It’s so tough. Wishing you lots of luck xx
Honestly please try not to worry! There are lots of ladies on here who are quite far along in their pregnancy and have had no symptoms. I know it’s easier said than done but try some meditation if you can, the Mindful IVF app is great. Hang in there it really is impossible to know at this stage xx
Hi, firstly congratulations!!!! So happy for you!! I have a question on natural fet please. I recently had a transfer done and was told that my progesterone level was very good at 52.4 (clinic is usually happy with above 30). When I asked the consultant whether I need progestrone support, she said it’s entirely upto me, I don’t need it but it doesn’t do any harm. So I started taking 1 cyclogest pessary every day but read from somewhere else that one clinic wouldn’t allow it for natural FET as it can do more harm than good when progestrone level is good and am panicking! Did you get progestrone level checked and had progestrone support? Thanks!
Hi, I did get my progesterone checked on the day of transfer and it was 29 I think, the clinic weren’t concerned as I didn’t start my pessaries and injections until after transfer. I’m still on 400mg x twice a day and a Lubion injection once a day, will be on it until 12 weeks. I guess if you’re body is doing what it should in theory you shouldn’t need it but I’m afraid I don’t know enough about it. Is definitely one to look into. Wishing you lots of luck xx
Hi Libsie3103 I've just been reading your post. Congrats on your BFP 😊
I had my transfer today.. (medicated cycle) currently taking 3 cyclogest pessaries per day. My blood results came back and my progesterone levels came back the same as yours(29). I feel disappointed as I know some clinics look for above 30-50
They have told me to add lubion injections daily
Do you think there is still hope ? I know your is different to mine as your in a natural cycle.
I'm hoping my progesterone levels can increase before implantation starts to happen xx
Thank you! Sounds like the clinic are doing all they can by adding lubion. I would say 29 before any lubion is OK, try to focus on the positives and, although it's easier said than done, don't worry too much. I definitely think there is still hope. The difficult thing is that the progesterone is only 1 element - there is a lot more going on. Try to do some meditations if you can and stay positive, your little bean is where it's meant be be. Please stay in touch and let me know how you get on xx
