I am due to go for FET in weeks time and currently on Progynova pills. I would like to know DO'S and DON'T after FET as we are so desperate in succeeding this time. In my first fresh cycle I got periods .. so this time I want to be very careful. How to avoid that? Please give your valuable suggestions. π

That's very exciting for you, FET is a really hopeful time and I really wish you all the luck in the world.
I know everyone is different after FET, I think some like to stay distracted and busy, others (like me) were petrified so literally stayed still for about 3 days I don't think there are any rights or wrongs, but I do think treating yourself to some relaxation, listening to the mindful IVF meditations and remaining positive really helped me. I took it easy for a few days just because you have done so much in the treatment phase it's a good time to let nature do what it needs to and not put too much pressure on yourself. The Dr that did the transfer said to me "there is nothing you can do now, very little that you can and can't do will have a negative affect so just try your best to relax". I found it reassuring to know as long as I was sensible nothing I could do would negatively impact things.
There are a lot of old wives tales, I did a few, I wore socks to keep my feet warm, has some mcdonalds fries after hehe, but I thnk the best thing yoou can do is watch a few box sets, get some fresh air at some stage and try and stay as positive as possible.
The very best of luck, sending you all the good wishes in the world x
