I am writing this for all of you questioning themselves throughout your ivf journey!

I am 30, I have an 11 year old daughter conceived naturally and a 1 year old boy through ivf.

I had my first fresh cycle at 28 & I had my little boy.

I have no issues in carrying babies as clearly I have two but I have no Fallopian tubes hence the ivf.

My second cycle was an FET in June which resulted in a mc only a day or two after a positive test.

My third was 2 weeks ago with a double transfer ending with a negative test on OTD.

All cycles were done at the correct weight taking the correct vitamins and medication and everything was done perfectly.

I am sharing this because even with everything in our favour we have still been unsuccessful in our journey, there is no answer to the why and how. So I am asking that you all remain strong and NEVER blame yourself. Because even for someone like myself who has 0 reason for it not to work, it hasn’t worked. What I’m basically trying to say is not that it just doesn’t work, I am saying stay strong and keep going because when it is your time it will happen! 🖤

(& just before anyone mentions my other children I am truly grateful for them and love them so very much but when you’re biggest dream as a child was to have a big family it still hurts)

Thank you Freyabelle, for this. It is important to remember that it's all just random chance, and it's not anything we're doing or not doing. Massively unfair, but then everything is in this world! Just all got to keep doing the best we can. Congratulations on being a lovely mummy to two, and hope you can continue to fulfil your dreams. xxx

Big hugs!! So many people say that to me - at least you have your daughter and yes I am always eternally grateful for her but it doesn't take away that urge to do it all again!! ❤ xx

Anyone on the ivf journey wants children . Whether that have been lucky to have some previously is not important .

Ivf is a torture I do not know anyone on it who wouldn’t wish they were not.

So , the losses are

Losses .

The pain is pain.
