Preparing to start my fet with 3AB embryo after fresh transfer of 4AA embryo failed. I need suggestions on how I can optimize this cycle?

Hi Everyone. I’m 32 yrs old with low amh. I have started fertility treatment since 2018 . Done five IUI and two ivf. Two miscarriages so far , blood work came all Normal nothing conclusive. When I started my second ivf this September I was confident but so disappointed I only had 4 follicles and 2 embryos fertilized. Doc suggested a fresh transfer which eventually failed . I feel angered because looking at my history I should have not accepted for fresh transfer at all. All I have left if one 3AB frozen embryo. What are my chances? I want to take charge of this cycle rather than blindly listening to doctor. Currently I’m taking estrace 2 mg thrice a day. Open for people’s suggestions here. Thanks in advance

I was 31 when first diagnosed with low AMH. I found zeta West IVF diet book really helpful to prepare lining and for 2ww. I've just had a grade 3bb embryo transferred and got a bfp on my OTD xx

Thats nice to know . Congrats on your bfp. May I know as a protocol for fet what all all were you taking . I was told to take estrace three times a day and then I will return to clinic for lining check . From then I believe if all goes well they will start on prometrium 200mg three times and progesterone in oil injection once in three days. Should I ask for anything more. I was also thinking is it wise to ask for a dnc or endometrial scratch before moving on to fet. Will it help? I’m not sure if my doctor will agree but still no harm in asking

Started taking progynova tablets 3 times a day alongside folic acid. Had a scan around day 11. On day 12, started taking lubion progesterone injection in morning and cyclogest pessary in evening. Had transfer on day 17. All these drugs you continue to take until week 12 of your pregnancy

Thank you. I will check with my nurse if progesterone injection can be done once a day instead of once in three days for better implantation

Hi, I was also diagnosed with low AMH around 32. Collected 4 eggs, 1 died. Transferred 1 great egg and resulted in my 3 year old daughter. Froze the other 2, have been trying for no 2 since June. First FET didn’t work, last egg transferred on 14th, got BFP on 26th. I’m taking 4 progesterone a day, 3 Cyclogest pessaries a day. Folic acid and vitamin D daily. Praying the Emby goes the whole way 🤞🏻 It only takes one remember. I was hugely disappointed when my 2nd emby didn’t take and was so nervous on this one. I’m now 36. My friend who is 40 is about to pop with her first ivf procedure so please keep the faith xx

Hi , cool. All the best on your bfp. Is cyclogest and progesterone both not same? I was talking to embryologist today morning to enquire if assisted hatching can help. Cos all I hv is one so want to check everything I can in my potential
