I need to hear success stories

Hi ladies,

Hope you’re all well.

We’ve just had our second failed FET and I’m proper down in the dumps about it. I wrote a moaning message after our first failed FET and someone recommended hearing other people’s successes as right now (like last time) I’m wondering if IVF will ever help us achieve our dream of bringing a baby home.

So, please share your IVF journeys and happy endings with me in the hope that it helps me (and others maybe) tidy away this pity party and don the positivity pants xxx

I had four transfers in total.

Fresh - failed

FET - took by early loss

Fresh - Failed

FET - Twin boys now 18m old

Hang in there it can happen we put embryos back in pairs each time and although we did have some issues with staying pregnant we did get there in the end x

I had 2 transfers , first was a fail and ten 2nd gave me a baby boy now 5 months old. Don’t give up x

Please don’t give up. My daughter had 6 transfers. There were dark days but now she has a gorgeous little boy. Wishing you all the best.x

It took me 3 fresh cycles and a total of 8 embryos to be transferred but my miracle is now a happy 7 month old boy. Totally worth the very long emotional journey. Just don’t give up and keep positive it will work xxx

When I was questioning it, my consultant said get your head down and keep going, and I always repeated that x

Have you tried the mindful ivf app? That really helped me I think as I was feeling negative and like it would never work for me too and it somehow made me feel more hopeful and relaxed xx

Yes, I’ve tried that. I also teach yoga and meditation so trying my best to practice what I preach lol! Easier said than done at times though isn’t it xxx

3rd icsi - is fast asleep on my lap, a happy healthy almost 1 year old.

Don't give up but also take the time you need, put yourselves first and allow yourselves to grieve.
