I think cramps and twinges can be from the meds or just as a result of the disturbance from the transfer. I only got cramps on my FET (not on two prior fresh transfers) - all were BFP, although the two earlier ended before 6 weeks, but with the FET they were very intense and woke me up in the night of 2dpt/early hours of 3dpt. Didn't last long but because they were so intense I assumed it was a bad period coming early or just a sign it had failed. Because of that and a mess up with my meds, I tested later on 3dpt and got a BFP - bit shocked - and probably best not to test that early for a whole load of reasons - but am now 25 weeks from that. So could have been nothing, coincidence etc, but definitely the bad omen I thought. Best of luck.

I have constant cramping. Not great. Same when I didn’t get pregnant with my last 3 fet.

Sorry to hear that. Still don't lose hope just yet as after seven years of never getting pregnant and then my two early IVF losses, I was beginning to feel it just wouldn't happen. My doctors said it's just numbers - I don't really like that as an idea and I think the FET that worked had more to do with progesterone, but the doctors will have seen it finally happen for countless women for no particular reason so it may just have been chance x

Hi ambi. Cramping can occur through a number of reasons, and probably is just down to manipulation during the FET procedure. Have a little resst, but do get up and about and walk too. Hope it soon sttles. Diane

Hi there. I had a fresh transfer and constant cramping from the word go, so I assumed it was my period coming had that it had failed again. But this time it was a BFP and I’m now 11 weeks (with lots of cramping even until the last week or two). The drugs can do funny things to your body, as can the procedure itself, but the midwife told me that cramps are normal and even at such an early stage, as there’s a lot going on in there. Unfortunately there’s just no way to tell until you do your test - and I wish you all the luck in the world for it xx

Well my result was hcg 9. Hcg at 9 days post fet should be greater than 50. They want me recheck 3 days later to see if if even goes up but nurse said unlikely. :( hoping for my miracle.
