Bleeding and cramps 10dp5dt. Feels like I've gotten my period, is this normal or is it all over?

So I've been spotting quite a bit for the whole 2ww which I wasn't too worried about as I'd heard it was quite normal, but yesterday at 9dp5dt, I started getting painful cramps and bleeding heavily, and it has continued all night and this morning. It feels like I've gotten my period. My OTD is tomorrow so I'll know for certain if I'm out, but just wanted to ask on here if anyone has had similar experiences and if there's a chance this still might have worked? I'm feeling pretty down right now 😢

I had cramps all thru my 2ww and got BFP. I've seen lots of others who have had the same. I've not had bleeding so couldnt comment on that, other than I've seen ladies who have had bleeds and go on to have normal pregnancies. Wishing you the best of luck for OTD xx
