Sleep after transfer

Hi all, on Wednesday I had my 3rd transfer, 2nd frozen and I’m really struggling to sleep. Was just wondering are you ok to sleep on your front? I’ve heard stories it’s not ok so thought I would try and sleep on my back and sides this time but I’m struggling to settle! Any help or tips for this would be great!😊

I can't see why sleeping on your front would be a problem - sure, it's not good if you're pregnant and the baby's got to a size where you'd squash it, but I can't imagine it'd be a problem with a microscopic embryo

Hi Vicbax. You sleep whichever way you want to. Your little embryo will be quite safe. Hope all goes well for you. Diane

Ahh Thankyou Diane, I will do. I’m constantly googling and seeing different information so also think that is making me not sleep! Thanks for your reply😊
