Hi all just need advice please. And it was all going so good, no symptoms at all šŸ˜¢

Was with OHs friends this afternoon for a walk to pub. Though ok, I can do a walk, was advised it was an hour, half hours there, half hour back np it turned into a 90minute trek! Had to stop as I could feel ā€˜pullingā€™ & was terrified when I felt something, thankfully turned out was just the remnants of my morning pessary.

We took a cab back and rested for the rest of the afternoon, I can still feel something but no aching and when I replaced the pessary there was nothing. Have I hurt my embies?!!? Heartbroken

Definitely havenā€™t hurt your embies. Theyā€™re safely cushioned inside your womb. Safe & snug. Honestly donā€™t worry. Women get pregnant all over the world doing crazy stuff...fitness fanatics, boozers, marathon runners etc. These embies are hardcore! A long walk is a perfect workout. Not too strenuous but gets the blood flowing around your body which is good for you šŸ‘

Hey donā€™t worry! My consultant told me that exercise is good as it promotes the flow of blood to the uterus. You might have helped šŸ˜ŠšŸ¤ž
