Hey I had my egg retrieval todai, they had collected 23, they will not be putting it inside me as yet they will freeze them due to fluid in my uterus.

Hi naz. That's a fantastic result, so the next stage is fertilisation, then freezing the ones that are successful. It's a shame you can't have a fresh transfer, but any stored frozen will be quite safe until you are ready to receive one in a frozen embryo transfer. Hope you don't have to wait too long for the fluid to clear. Make sure you drink plenty of water and have a good rest. Diane
