Private FET

Hi all

We have finally decided to have our private FET to hopefully try and have a sibling for our little girl. We have our fist consult on 9th Sept.

Just having a look through our previous FET I had one triptorelin ( Decapeptyl ) injection at day 25 of my cycle.

Does anyone know roughly how much this injection is? I’ve tried to google but there are loads of doses but not even sure what dose I had before.

I could be wrong but I think this is to stop LH hormones rising so equivalent to cetrotide which I think was about £50-75 can’t quite remember

Not sure why you’d need it though If doing a natural FET and if it was an NHS cycle they may only have given it to ensure you ovulated on a day which was convenient to them to avoid transfers on the weekend?

I probably wouldn’t be doing natural. I’m just going by my last FET. Had that injection on day 25 as my periods are irregular then progynova maybe a week after that (can’t quite remember) but this will be a private cycle now as we have our LG X
