Supplements for implantation?

Hi ladies!

My frozen embryo transfer is next Tuesday August 25th and I am searching for information about supplements that can help the implantation. Have you ever tried Crampbark, black haw or partridge berry? Any suggestions?

I do have severe endometriosis and this is my second embryo transfer.

Hey you! Very exciting time. Are you on a good quality pre natal vitamin? Try bromelain supplements (it’s that inside bit of a pineapple) you could also try watermelon and pomegranate. Not sure if any of these work (this was advise from nutritionist) how about accupunture before and after transfer? I read somewhere macdonalds fries help. Most important try and relax and do things that make you feel happy. No heavy duty exercise but defo get the healthy/nutritious blood circulating with walks... fingers crossed for you

Hi lovely, I did watch a video and someone recommend taking calc fluor I think. Also bee propolis. I cant really say if they help though but may be worth an investigate ?

I am taking propolis ( only for last couple of weeks) warning...it stinks!! 😄)
