I am so excited, I got a letter from my clinic on Monday to say they are getting ready to start my treatment. I have been told I will receive my pack by the end of September and will begin in October. I had 1 failed IVF in February with no frozen ones so this will be my 2nd. I am on folic acid and vitamin d. Can anyone share any tips on how to help me/us (partner) as so badly want this to work. I am not tbr best eater, no fruit or veg, is there any tea s etc that help, any tips would be appreciated, thank you.

That's great news hun! I'll be starting my next fresh cycle in October too 😁

My doctor recommended CoQ10 600mg a day for both me and my husband. Also fish oil and vitamin e supplements as well. I've also been eating a lot of full-fat dairy, nuts, eggs, fruit etc. Trying to give as much nutrition to my eggs as possible, hopefully it helps lol! I think whatever you can do that makes you feel better is the main thing xx
