Hi everyone, I'm new here and hope someone reads this. My wife and I have been struggling to conceive in the last three years. Just recently, I had a test done ( Semen analysis) and the results were very depressing. Sperm count was 0.30, further blood work showed more depressing result; testosterone levels of 199.52 ng/dL. The irony is my wife had been pregnant twice ( October 2014 and August 2015, the first was lost to ectopic and the second is our lovely 4-year-old boy now. I'm totally confused and perplexed. Your advice will go a long way. Thank you.

Are you based in the UK? It sounds like your counts and testosterone levels are measured differently to how things are measured here, so it's hard for me to understand but I think you're saying your sperm count and testosterone level are both low. Low testosterone can definitely cause major sperm problems - my husband has this issue and is currently on a course of letrozole tablets in an attempt to improve things. It sounds like you need to consult a urologist to find out more about what's going on and what you can do to treat it. Wishing you the best of luck.
