Buserelin & Trigger Shot

Hey ladies,

Just a quick one. I am due to do my trigger shot (Ovitrelle) tonight at 11pm.

Would it still be ok to do my usual Buserelin 20iu injection at 6pm? I am on long protocol and took my last Menopur last night.

I only ask as one nurse said not to take it and another said I could take it so now I’m confused!

If it was me I would call back and insist they spoke with the doctor if they aren't sure or double checked your records at the very least. I know some people can trigger with Buserelin or Buserelin combined with usual trigger, so it wouldn't be the end of the world I assume, but I wouldn't be happy with the uncertainty myself. Thanks Chel. I have spoken with a doctor and she said I don’t need to take the buserelin today. It’s just worrying because I’m worried in case I ovulate early due to not having any buserelin today lol xx
