I am taking my trigger shot today and actually been told to stay off dairy products....Also, can anyone tell me what their experience is with cyclo gest? I sincerely pray for everyone of us here that we will eventually have a big smile on our faces.

What is the reason for avoiding dairy? I've used cyclogest and found it absolutely fine. It's a little bullet shaped pessarie. Easy enough to insert, just get it as high as you can as a couple of times when I hadn't I found I could feel it slipping down a little and had to reposition it xxx
i used Cyclogest. Apparently it soaks into the system after about 20 mins so don't worry if you need to use the loo after that time. It made me a bit crampy I think and a bit of discharge so you may want to get some panty liners. Good luck xx
I found the cyclogest wasn't too bad, like freda said you may want to get panty liners as I found they could be a bit messy but they are nothing to be worried about. Xx
Hi, I've heard on dr google dairy can make the lining slimy which is why some say avoid dairy. Personally I've never done it, but don't eat loads anyway just a bit of cheese and eggs. And I got pregnant 3/3. So my experience it won't affect things xx
I really don't have appetite for foods and most times diary foods are my kill to hunger...Guess I will just stay away for few days. Thank you so much darl, really appreciates.
