Hi, so sorry you’ve got this added stress on top of the treatment. It’s tough and there are a lot of us on here who suffer with the same issue. Have you been drinking raspberry leaf tea as that can often help? Along with caster oil packs, acupuncture and gentle exercise.
When do you start your progesterone? You still have time for it to thicken before that. Did they mention it’s structure as if it’s a good quality triple layer that’s important as well and sometimes they’re happy to transfer if the quality is good but lining isn’t as thick as they’d like. You’ll be surprised, with the injections etc it may well get there!
Hi, I am in a similar position. I was scanned yesterday (day 11) and my lining was 5.1mm also. I’ve struggled a lot with my lining so have agreed a longer prep time with the Dr before transfer. My transfer won’t be until 31st at earliest. Scanning again next week on 20th.
I find this bit can be really stressful so having extra takes some of the stress away.
If you are transferring on the 22nd then you have 3 more days to thicken the lining before you would be starting progesterone on Monday. Progesterone packs down your lining. In my experience my lining thickness doesn’t increase once I start progesterone.
If you are worried maybe speak to your doctor and see if you can give it a bit longer, push back your transfer and scan again next week?
It is unfortuntely on the thin side but hopefully the injection that you have been given will plump it up nicely! I'll second raspberry leaf tea and vitamin E can help too. Are they going to re-check your lining in a few days time?xx
There is such a variation to what your lining should be at that stage as out bodies react in different ways. Are you taking meds for this cycle or is it natural? My lining is a bit slow so for me my clinic like to see mine over the 7mm before I start progesterone but ideally they like 9mm. There is still time for it to plump up as you are only at day 11.xx
I don't know y. ....shd it happen on my transfer month😢....in June I had done era....nd the era report was also normal...my endometrium is receptive (115.5 receptivity)but one thing dat is different from my era and previous cycles is...this month I highly got constipated....so I took some stool losing syrup...guys do u think my constipation or the Stool loosing medicine interrupted with my endometrium
Your endometrium increases with ovulation which Im sure you arent at yet at day 11.....a lot can change in a few days!! Great news about your ERA, hopefully this is the answer for you! Good luck.xx
Hey cycle buddy! I also had a check in today and got booked for my FET on 22nd too. My lining measured 7.1 mm. They didn’t really say anything about it so assume it’s fine. As others have said, yours will probably catch up! Especially with the extra drugs... good luck!
Thank u...hope so...will update after my follow up on 17th...my transfer wud b anywhere around 27th...oh god help us..!!!!...am really trying hard to b relaxed.....
