Any IVF buddies? currently on Stim?

Hi guys just thought to post on here to see if anyone else is currently taking their stimulation injections. I am two days in after month down regulating (long protocol). This is my third round and I probably will be going for ICISI rather than IVF due to endo and so forth. Would love to know how everyone is coping with this cycle. This time and determined to stay positive and focus on the good things that will come out of this. And also working on my mental health and diet. But I have definitely benefited from speaking to other people who are at the same stage as me. This might sound silly but can you go to the dentist for a clean and can you have sex during the stims? I am bloated to I can barely eat a lot of carbs which isn’t bad given my endo. Anyway would love your thoughts.

Hi Samosa, good luck with your cycle!! I wouldn’t want to advise regarding dentist or sex but if you are bloated I’d probably not bother. Stay positive and hope it all works out for you xx

My paperwork I received today states ‘it’s not advised to have sexual intercourse from day 8 of stimming’.

As for diet, I have lost some weight in lead up & today I have completely pigged out but hey we deserve it 👍😘

Thank for this! Oky hubby it’s been nice knowing you LoL. I just had Nando’s for the first time since lockdown. If you cut me open there is tons of chicken in there 😂😂

Lol. I never feel like it once started stimms as just feel like Michelin Man 👨 😂 Yum got to love a Nando’s 👌🏻
