Hope you’re all having a good weekend.

I started my Gonal-F injections last night - yay! My hubby and I have waited a year for this cycle because after our FET last year my thyroid went bonkers and I was diagnosed with Silent Autoimmune Thyroiditis. So I was excited to finally start our injections!

Would absolutely love to follow your journey, I met some amazing girls on this when I went through it in 2016 and we still are very good friends . We have boys all within a couple of months of each other . It’s such a great support this group x

Just feeling a bit shattered, bloated and keep getting hot flushes! 🥵I think the flushes are from the nose spray. Just keep drinking loads of water! How are you finding them? Chat soon xx

Hi Kat, my name's Rachel. I'll be starting my first round of short protocol IVF in about a week, hopefully! Was meant to start last month but baseline scan showed a cyst on one of my ovaries so the treatment had to be delayed. Fingers crossed the cyst has gone and I'll be starting stims in about a week, so may be on a similar timeline to you!

Are you doing long or short protocol? I'm also going to be on gonal F.

Really hope all goes well at your next scan. I’m on a long protocol this time and also on Gonal F. Not used Gonal F before.

Hey! Feeling excited to finally get started but trying not to get ahead of myself as there's still a chance the cyst won't have gone yet and we'll be delayed another month. All the waiting is just driving me crazy!

Hi! I’m starting my first round of IVF too. I’ve just finished taking norethisterone tablets and have my baseline scan on Friday then can hopefully start taking the stimulating injections. Wishing you lots of luck xx

Thanks! I’m so excited to finally start as we’ve been trying for several years then had over a year of appointments, tests and waiting. I’m trying not get too excited though as it may not work. I’m also experiencing hot flushes, bloating, and can’t sleep but hope it’s worth it! How are you feeling? xx
