it's the pineapple core they say you are suppose to eat not the pineapple. So the hard yucky crunchy bit in the middle. But it's all a myth if you ask me...even my fertility specialist laughed when I told her about pineapple..she had never heard about it before. AND the cycle I didnt eat pineapple core, or Brazil nuts or pomegranate juice...is the cycle i got a BFP on. But yes Google is your worst enemy..I have a Google addiction too! Lol. Just try not to overthink things and yes try and stay away from Google best of luck πβ€ xx
I wouldn't. You might get the BFP but it might end up with a chemical or a Miscarriage. I've tried pineapple core twice and both times I got the BFP. The first one ended with a MMC and after the miscarriage, I tried for 6 months and the month I tried the pineapple core, I got a BFP but it end with a chemical. I've decided not to try it again.
Hey Hunn, first of google is all our worse nightmate especially during the tww π but saying that I eat pineapple core, drank pomegranate juice and did acupuncture and it was successful! I only eat pineapple core for like 3 days I think though..
God knows if it was that, that helped me but I wanted to try my best with everything! Good luck hunni β¨β€οΈ Xxx
I think you have to eat a LOT of pineapple core to have an adverse effect on fertility. I ate a whole pineapple core and all during my TWW after my FET and Iβm 11 weeks 1 day pregnant today! Google truly is your worst enemy during the TWW.
