Hello had my embryo implanted today and wondered if it’s safe to have a massage booked in for this wk ? Ok to lay on your front for 30 mins ? Or is it risky ?

I personally wouldnt. Not so much because you’ll be lying on your front, but there are certain massages and oils i think that arent safe during pregnancy. As you’re technically pregnancy you wouldn’t want to risk it!

Great way to relax though, which is also important! Maybe you can mention it to your therapist who can tailor your treatment for you so its more safe? xx

I always thought they wouldn't usually massage you in first trimester of pregnancy unless its a specific fertility /pregnancy massage maybe?

Avoid massages for first trimester and reflexology from a person who hasn’t worked on your body before. They can be very stimulating and not what your body needs right now

please don’t go for a massage. I was recommended not to go in the first three months! Not worth the risk

Best not to...dont do much in first trimester...plus even with all measures therapists take...covid is still lurking...best be safe xx
