Oh nooooo!!

Panicking! I did a caster oil pack last night but was on day 10 of stims...I've now read you only do it after collection , worried I've messed everything up now :-(

Ah hun I wouldn’t worry. It was only one and sometimes heat can help at this stage. I wouldn’t do again just to keep your mind at rest xx

Hi. I always thought a caster oil pack needs to be done before ovulation and stopped as soon as you ovulated. So in your case i dont think its on the wrong side of the cycle? I also thought some girls use warm water bottles on their tummy before ovulation/ec to aid the bloting and discomfort so i dont think you did any wrong xx u definitely should not be doing it after ET xx
