Wishing you all lots of luck wherever you are in your journey!
I’m due to have a frozen transfer in June and have opted for a natural. I’m very nervous though as I won’t be scanned or anything beforehand they are literally just popping the little bean in.
I also worry that my body just isn’t going to perform hormone wise, I’ve never fallen pregnant naturally.
Could anyone give me any advice or positive stories from your natural FET’s? I find hearing the good news definitely helps getting me in a positive mindframe!
Thank you 😊

Hi, how exciting!! Are you sure you wont be scanned? They usually check for womb lining as normal so they can put embryo back at optimum time. Anyway, I have 2 daughters both were natural FETs. They are now unbelievably 5 and 2!! Wishing you lots of luck xxx
Thanks Jenny, I am excited but just generally nervous! Thanks for sharing your positive stories it honestly helps!
No scans 🙁 they are trying to minimise visits and said that as I’ve had no issues before they won’t be doing them. I’m just praying that everything looks ok on the day and we don’t waste an embryo. Xx
How exciting you’re going ahead soon! I’m hoping to also, I’ve had 2 so far but no success yet but that’s been down to the embryos I’m informed.
As you’re not having a scan, I can recommend drinking raspberry leaf tea on the lead up to transfer as this will help your lining (just in case).Stop drinking a couple of days beforehand and don’t drink any after transfer.
Are you testing your ovulation and then letting them know when you have the surge?
I really hope it goes smoothly for you, feel free to contact me if you have any worries xxx
Thanks for replying and wishing you so much good luck too! How many frozen embryos did you have?
I’ll definitely try that tea. Thank you!! Yes I have the new Clearblue digital tracker and have to call them the day of my surge. Then I go in 5/6 days later for the transfer! I just have to try and trust my body a bit more I think!! Xx
Hi, I am going for FET this month too, day 1 today so will start tracking ovulation in about 9 days time. I found this post because I was also looking for some advice on anything I can do or eat/take that might help!? I've read pomegranite juice is good leading up to the transfer, as well as pineapple and then after a lot of people say keep your feet warm, I have no idea why but I'll give it a go Good luck with everything, I have everything crossed for you. xx
