‘What happens in the lab? Sperm, embryo development and what can go wrong’
Anyone is welcome. If you would like to join, please email alice@fertilitynetworkuk.org with your full name and location. You will then be sent the login details by no later than 5pm on the day of the meeting.
We will be joined by Consultant Embryologist Lyndon Miles who will be discussing ‘what happens in the lab?; sperm, embryo development and what can go wrong’.. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
Lyndon has worked in the field of fertility for 25 years. He has extensive experience from working in six IVF clinics, including six years as Senior Embryologist and Harvard Instructor at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA.
He is experienced in performing preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) and has served for 5 years as a member of the Association of Clinical Embryologists Training and Examination Committee, acting at a national level as an assessor for new members of the clinical embryology profession.

Venue: In the comfort of your own home!
How: Via Zoom (it’s easy to join and you can turn off the camera if you wish).
These meetings are open to both individuals and couples affected by a fertility issue. They provide a fantastic opportunity to get information and support, discuss services, listen to expert talks, and speak to others who really understand what you are going through.
