agnus castus tablets

Thoughts on agnus castus tablets?? I don’t ovulate and my parter has low sperm a lady at work mentioned them to me she got pregnant after three months after trying for two year with PCOS and her friend did after taking them a couple of months

Hi Jess.. i dont know about the pill form but i tried the tincture for a few months and didnt really got my cycle regulated (not sure i ovulate or not). I had to stop when i started clomid so never tried it longer than maybe a month or two.

Did they recommend any dosage? I do remember reading that it is not recommended when you are on certain fertility drugs/hormones. Other than that i guess it cant hurt? X

I’m not on any tablets at the minute our next step is for me to have a scrape but it will be when all covid is over x

A girl i worked with took these and got pregnant but she hadn't been trying long anyway xx

Did her and her partner have any problems trying to conceive was their anything wrong with them xx

No, she was just a very anxious person. I started taking them but just felt they were a bit of BS tbh xx

I’ve just ordered some of these myself! I have PCOS too and thought I’d give it a go naturally while waiting for ivf to resume. I’m already on loads and loads of supplements after reading the book ‘It starts with an egg’ so god knows what impact it will have.

I also didn’t believe I ovulated after being told I don’t by doctors after bloods etc. I ordered OvuSense fertility monitor so I could start temping and I’ve so far had two cycles both with confirmed ovulations from my temperatures. I’m not sure if the supplements have made the different or even if it’s just incorrect. Going to throw agnus castus in to the mix and see what happens anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️

I don’t think I’ve ever ovulated only two times when I was taking the letrozole but the past two months discharge like I am ovulating sorry for to much info but who knows!! Haha I don’t know if to take them or not as my partner has low sperm so would it even make a difference 😭
